Farm-Direct Coffee, Freeze-Dried

Full Cycle is a medium roast built on two of our longest-standing direct trade partnerships: a pulped-natural coffee from Fazenda Cachoeira in Brazil's Sul de Minas region, and a washed coffee from Finca San Jerónimo Miramar in Guatemala. I’ve been drinking instant coffe at work for quite some time and it’s good enough. When I heard NF was producing actual instant coffee I immediately tried it and was not disappointed. If you don’t have time to make a more traditional coffee (aeropress, etc) this is a great sub. Highly recommend.

We accidentally ordered the instant coffee instead of the on the go tea-bagged coffee bundle called STEEPED BUNDLE - TEODORO'S ITALIAN ROAST - SINGLE SERVE. This Full Cycle Instant is not our favorite brew- too bitter for drinking black. We much prefer the flavor of Teodoro’s single serve coffee brew for mornings in the go (5⭐️). All the other brews we have tried by Nossa Familia we have loved. However, if you tend to like a more bitter brew- give this a try because it does have a lot of flavor!

I use Full Cycle in a Moccamaster drip machine and in an Aeropress for specialty drinks like Cortados or Espressos. The Full Cycle beans are always fresh and flavorful and are the backbone of great coffee!!

Nestled beside an ancient volcano in the Brazilian highlands, the farm was a half-day by horseback to the local train station and eight hours on the train to reach São Paulo!

The owner-operators here treat the environment, employees, & community with great care. Much of the farm is a nature reserve. An on-site lab researches natural methods to reduce fungi and pests in coffee.

They also operate a dairy, producing cheeses & creams. The cows (and the nutritious compost they make) are a key part of the regenerative farm system.
