All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Transit times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. While we cannot guarantee delivery times on behalf of the carrier, estimated delivery is typically between 1 and 5 business days after shipment.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within a few hours after shipment, though there can be delays or inaccuracies in the tracking information that we have no control over.

Damages and Lost Packages

Nossa Familia Coffee is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim. If you experience any issues, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds or reshipment unless otherwise approved by our team.
