Six single-serve sachets of real specialty coffee that need nothing but water. Nossa Familia Instant Coffee is our best-selling Full Cycle blend — chocolate, caramel and a hint of bright fruit — freeze-dried so it dissolves in seconds, hot or cold.

Made for Wherever You're Going

A six-pack fits in a backpack, a glovebox, a jersey pocket or a desk drawer. Tear one open into an 8 or 12 oz cup, add hot or cold water, stir, done — no brewer, no filter, no grounds to pack out. It's our go-to for camping, bikepacking, travel and hectic mornings.

Farm-Direct Coffee, Freeze-Dried

Full Cycle is a medium roast built on two of our longest-standing direct trade partnerships: a pulped-natural coffee from Fazenda Cachoeira in Brazil's Sul de Minas region, and a washed coffee from Finca San Jerónimo Miramar in Guatemala. Same coffee we sell as whole bean, just freeze-dried. Read how our direct trade model works.

Roasted in Portland, Oregon by a Certified B Corporation: 100% renewable energy, a zero-waste roastery, and at least 1% of annual gross profits donated to nonprofits every year.

Nice flavor

Nice flavor and so convenient for work.

Best coffee on the planet

I loved the Full Cycle beans and the Decaf coffee ordered. They arrived fresh and promptly.

Delicious

Your coffee is yummy and makes my mornings so much nicer.

hmm

not sure I recieved them

Great new product

I’ve been drinking instant coffe at work for quite some time and it’s good enough. When I heard NF was producing actual instant coffee I immediately tried it and was not disappointed. If you don’t have time to make a more traditional coffee (aeropress, etc) this is a great sub. Highly recommend.

Excellent as always

Flavor is OK but not great

Full cycle instant packs

My go to when traveling delicious just add water!

Very smooth with robust taste but not too strong

Very smooth with robust taste but not too strong.

Instant is a hit!

Full cycle medium brew is excellent. So glad we selected a larger bundle for evenings and camping.

Ooops!

We accidentally ordered the instant coffee instead of the on the go tea-bagged coffee bundle called STEEPED BUNDLE - TEODORO'S ITALIAN ROAST - SINGLE SERVE. This Full Cycle Instant is not our favorite brew- too bitter for drinking black. We much prefer the flavor of Teodoro’s single serve coffee brew for mornings in the go (5⭐️). All the other brews we have tried by Nossa Familia we have loved. However, if you tend to like a more bitter brew- give this a try because it does have a lot of flavor!

Love love love my instant coffee

One of the best

We really enjoy the flavor and richness of the coffee. It is a bit stronger so I like to mix it with another less powerful one. A little of your fantastic coffee goes a long way.

Great instant coffee! My son sent me a few packets for a gift and the rest is history

Great instant coffee! My son sent me a few packets for a gift and the rest is history. Expensive but the quality and convenience are worth it.

Love the daily Breakfast Nossa coffee.

What can I say - your coffee blends and beans are the very, very best! I have enjoyed coffee for over 65 years, with different brands and blends, and your BREAKFAST blend has been, and continues, my choice for the past 5 years (ever since I discovered Nossa).

First time ordering by mail, and first time ordering 5 lbs bags!

Excellent

Full Cycle - Always fresh and the finest for any brew

I use Full Cycle in a Moccamaster drip machine and in an Aeropress for specialty drinks like Cortados or Espressos. The Full Cycle beans are always fresh and flavorful and are the backbone of great coffee!!

Mixes smoothly and tastes rich and velvety
Definitely recommend

Great taste. I have to order the kcups next. ❤️

Rich and creamy

Love the flavor and convenience! Highly recommend Nossa. Adding the packets to my subscription.

Best coffee EVER!!!

We LOVE Nossa coffee, have been ordering online for years! Can hardly drink anything else:)

So nice on the go! Love the flavor. The cost could be better.

Perfect for travel

I’m so happy to have these on hand when I’m traveling and staying at a hotel. Makes my day start off right!

Augusto carrying coffee - Nossa Familia family farm

Brazil

Our Family's Farms

Nossa Familia Coffee founder Augusto Carneiro's great-grandfather and his three brothers planted the family's first coffee crop in 1890. Nestled beside an ancient volcano in the Brazilian highlands, the farm was a half-day by horseback to the local train station and eight hours on the train to reach São Paulo!

The owner-operators here treat the environment, employees, & community with great care. Much of the farm is a nature reserve. An on-site lab researches natural methods to reduce fungi and pests in coffee.

They also operate a dairy, producing cheeses & creams. The cows (and the nutritious compost they make) are a key part of the regenerative farm system.
