Would like to love it, but unfortunately, I just can't pull the sweetness out of these beans. Wish NF(and others) would post recipes for their beans on their bags. This is an espresso, so a simple recipe to start with would help. Not fun running through1/2 a bag just to figure out the extraction. I tried 1:2 & 1:1/2 ratios, 95º w/various times, 25 (sour)-40 (ok) secs. Good but not my fav.
