Farmers remove the skin of the coffee cherry fruit, leaving the pectin layer intact. Then beans dry on patios or drying beds. The term "pulped natural" is more commonly used for Brazilian coffee.
For those who love the taste of freshly roasted coffee but don’t want the buzz of caffeine, Brazil Decaf is the perfect solution. Our decaf is sourced from family farms in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, where we hand-select beans for their naturally sweeter, milder flavor.
To preserve the original flavor and aroma, we use the Swiss Water® Process to extract the caffeine from the beans. This method is 100% chemical-free, relying solely on water, time, and temperature to gently remove caffeine while maintaining the bean’s natural flavor profile.

Enjoy a cup of Brazil Decaf any time of day and experience the unique, gourmet taste of freshly-roasted, high-quality coffee without the caffeine.

Our Family's Farms
Nossa Familia Coffee founder Augusto Carneiro's great-grandfather and his three brothers planted the family's first coffee crop in 1890. Nestled beside an ancient volcano in the Brazilian highlands, the farm was a half-day by horseback to the local train station and eight hours on the train to reach São Paulo!
This is the only decaf I enjoy. It's hard to find any where else.

Tasty!
Got a large bag of Brazil decaf from these very helpful folks. It came to my door across the country in just a couple days. These beans once ground and brewed are incredibly smooth and flavorful. They are a bit lighter than my usual Brew so I just use more and get more flavor 🙂.
Highly recommend Nossa Familia!

Delicious Decaf!!
Not only is this one of the few decaf coffees available, but it is delicious. I actually prefer to make my coffee at home now instead of going out, because it’s so much better! Great way to start (or end) the day, and save some money to boot.
