Nossa Familia Goes Single-Serve with Steeped
Introducing our new Steeped coffee bags: a simple, elegant and eco-friendly way to brew a delicious single cup of coffee.
Today we’re excited to announce the launch of our new Steeped coffee bags—a portable, mess free, and super easy way to brew a single cup of coffee. All you need is your favorite coffee mug and a kettle. Simply add hot water, steep, and enjoy!
We have always tried to serve up enjoyment through coffee. And we're adventurers at heart, so brewing a good cup of coffee when we're traveling, camping or on the run is really important to us. These packs are also great to take into the office, or to make coffee for 1 or 2 people without needing to brew a whole pot (and potentially wasting half a pot down the drain).
We chose to launch this product with one of our most-loved coffees: Teodoro's Italian Roast. This coffee is from our family’s farms in Brazil and is a balanced, chocolatey and full-bodied medium-dark roast with notes of cocoa & roasted nuts.
In addition to the convenience, we are also proud to work with Steeped on this project, because they are a B Corp like us, and spent years on R&D figuring out eco-friendly packaging. Each bag is produced with renewability and compostability in mind. The inner filter pouch (similar to a tea sachet, including string and paper tag) is completely compostable. The outer shell is made with renewable materials, also intended to break down (and can be put in your garden compost, but might not be accepted by your city's composting service, like in Portland).
Our Steeped packs are currently available as individual packs, with quantity discounts at 5 or 10 units. We’ll also soon be launching a beautiful reusable tin, an elegant way to store and display your Steeped packs. The tin comes with 5 packs and can be refilled whenever you’re running low.
We hope you’re as excited as we are to enjoy your favorite coffee on the go with Steeped. No machines, no pods, no mess—just a great cup of coffee. Enjoy!
