We toured this family’s coffee farm when we were in Guatemala and have loved their coffee ever since. Plus, this is a fast and reliable way to get the coffee here in the states. Five stars all around!
I wait anxiously each year for it to become available and then relish that first cup and every cup of Fredy thereafter.
this coffee is off the charts-
Very good coffee. It’s got bright acidity and a lasting taste of fruitiness that lasts long after coffee is consumed. Such great quality. I loved it the first time that I got a bigger bag when ordering again.
This coffee is perhaps the smoothest no acid coffee you and get.....truly surprising...

Fredy’s coffee is one of my all time favorite coffees
Quieto, simples e ainda assim intenso.
I love all of Nossa Familia’s coffee, but these beans and roast are my absolute favorite! I especially like it when brewed with an Aeropress.
Great coffee! Flavorful with no bitterness or aftertaste. Would purchase again. Thanks Snow and Curt for the recommendation ❤️
Guatemala - Fredy Gonzalez
Bought the coffee after seen it in a you tube video that was put out by Snow and Curt, RV traveling in Guatemala and they said so many good things about the coffee we had to try it.
Best coffee I have had, no bitter taste and full flavor. Will definitely purchase again.
If your looking for a coffee that is easy on the tummy this is the best and the taste is sweet and delightful!
Fast service. Great coffee. Great company.
Had a dominant sour note I didn’t prefer

For pourover, this coffee was sweet, subtly complex and balanced. It was a special treat to drink it while reading the Rob Hoos book. Practicing what you're preaching, for sure. Thanks.
Smells of toffee, tastes a bit floral. Absolutely gorgeous. (brewed in a Chemex)
We were lucky to have lunch at Freddy’s house in Guatemala. They work very hard and produce outstanding coffee. We always order for gifts when available and our friends rave about the coffee. Highly recommend
Love this light roast. The fruit notes really come out, giving it a bright and well rounded flavor. New fave!

Another great coffee from Nossa Família!
Hello! My name is Gennadiy and I have been working on improving coffee brewing methods, tasting different varieties and choosing roasters for a long time. We got to your coffee shop, which was located at the roasting shop, almost immediately after the opening and were looking forward to ordering coffee online! I love that over time, you keep a good eye on the quality of the product, and your service gets even better! Thanks a lot to your team! I've known Guatemala - La Armonia Hermosa coffee for a long time! And I am very glad that 20 farmers in Guatemala are already growing this variety! This makes it more accessible. For such an exquisite taste, this is a very good price! An unusually balanced and bright taste, a lot of fruits and berries, a long aftertaste, all this allows you to enjoy every sip and does not require any more dessert! A full-length, extended end to any meal! P.S. I want to add that I tried this variety from 5 roasters. Your coffee shares 1 place with Elm Coffee from Seattle. (Maybe I tried Elm coffee right after harvest?) Best regard: Gennady

La Familia del Cafe
La Familia del Cafe is a cooperative formed by two coffee families across two generations: Fredy and Thelma Gonzalez, along with Daniel and Maria, pioneering coffee producers with over 50 years of experience in the community of San Miguel Escobar, near Antigua, Guatemala. Their coffee is grown on the slopes of Volcán de Agua, benefiting from the high altitude and nutrient-rich soil from Volcán Fuego, creating ideal conditions for coffee cultivation in this vibrant valley.
