I'm brewing very well, thanks.

Fanatical as this may sound, I pull shots manually from a Flair58 espresso device. And I hand grind the beans with a precision Kunu grinder. So, as a purist who doesn't mind taking 20 minutes to ceremoniously prepare my morning coffee, I knew I had to find a freshly roasted, rich, full-bodied coffee to justify my effort.
