I was introduced to Mathilde's French Roast by sheer luck, as my son brought me a bag from Portland to our home in NYC. I flipped when I first tasted it, finding it incredibly smooth, fabulous strength and taste, and better than all brands I've had, including Peet's. LOVE it, highly recommend.
