Smooth, no bitterness, possibly high caffeine delicious coffee

We make espresso coffee in a rancilio coffee machine for one latte in the morning. We like a mild to medium roasted bean without bitterness usually with a chocolate note. I don’t taste the chocolate but it is very flavorful. Above average coffee definitely. I do notice feeling a bit more caffeinated with this one more than I usually do with other coffee but it could be me.
