De la Gente Fund
50 cents of every bag sold supports the future of coffee farming through the De la Gente Young Farmers Fund.
La Segunda Generación de Café Entre Volcanes is a group of young men and women who are interested pursuing careers and passions in coffee, often following in their parents’ and grandparents’ footsteps. Many of these young farmers own little or no farming land.
Money raised administers low-interest loans specifically for the Segunda Generación/Young Farmers group to purchase land and equipment, provide training, technical assistance, and other coffee-focused projects.
Equitable Giving Circle
Equitable Giving Circle is a local Portland nonprofit which works to empower Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) communities through a food equity approach. They are currently supporting BIPOC farmers and distributing food boxes to BIPOC families. We are proud to support their efforts through regular coffee donations to their food box distributions.
