Join us for an evening of coffee that won't keep you up all night, featuring complimentary decaf affogatos with Ruby Jewel ice cream, iced coffee, and side-by-side tastings of decaffeinated vs. regular coffee. We've invited the innovative team from Swiss Water Process for a deliciously informative evening all about what sometimes seems like a naughty word in the world of specialty coffee: DECAF.

Grady joined Swiss Water Process with over 3 years of experience in the specialty coffee and sales industries. Originally from Alberta, she received her BA in English Literature from UBC. Besides Coffee, she especially enjoys the following, in order of importance: pad thai, tacos, gin, Motown, and the entire city of Chicago.
Ted’s coffee experience includes 6 years working behind the counters of local coffee shops as a barista and manager. Ted is a baseball fanatic. He can rattle off stats and facts like no other, and he attended the last ever double header at Shea Stadium. He admits to always wanting to own a Major League baseball team, but he’d settle for being the next commissioner.
