Coffee and bikes.
For us, it's as a pairing as natural as salt and pepper, bread and butter, cookies and cream. We're excited to officially reveal Nossa Familia's brand-new Iced Coffee Cargo Bike! As a coffee company of cyclists, everyday commuters and overall bike-lovers, we can't believe we've even gone this long without one.
We're especially thankful to the wonderful folks over at Splendid Cycles in Portland for setting us up with the excellent Larry vs Harry Bullitt bike frame. The bike box was hand-built by Jeff of Badger Bikes, also in Portland. We commissioned Jeff to build us a box that could work with a couple of our Iced Coffee kegs; he had a vision and he ran with it. And we love how it turned out! The bike features a sliding, expandable top and special inner compartments for our kegs and extra supplies.
Last week we officially rolled out our Iced Coffee bike for the first time for our Brew the Change B Corp Anniversary Celebration. The bike was even featured in a segment on Drew Carney's KGW morning show. Check out the clip below:
